About the role
Texbee Sourcing Ltd. is a premier apparel sourcing and supply chain management agency based in Dhaka, connecting global fashion brands with quality garment manufacturing partners across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate product development, sample tracking, lab dips, and trim approvals in accordance with buyer tech packs.
Follow up daily with partner factories to track Time & Action (T&A) calendars and production milestones.
Maintain clear communication between international buyers, local factories, and internal quality assurance teams.
Assist in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders, shipping documentation, and status reports.
Identify potential production bottlenecks early and proactively work toward solutions to guarantee on-time delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on merchandising experience in RMG sourcing, buying houses, or garment manufacturing.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types (knit/woven), and production lifecycles.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for professional buyer correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/order management tools.
